RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply send it back within fourteen (14) days for a refund (less shipping fee). You do Not need any permission to send it back, simply write a few words what do you want? Refund or exchange for faster service.

The Items MUST be wrapped and unused, if you use it, 20% restocking fee will apply.

Please be sure to insure all returned packages. Shopingnow.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages. We will not issue any refunds for merchandise shipped back after 14 days (USPS tracking # and returned postage date on package will be used to calculate the number of days since the package was received and sent back. We will not refund / exchange any used, altered, damaged product (e.g. missing stones,links, broken parts, scratches, or any sign of wear & tear). All used returns will be returned to sender.
